You’re in good hands.

Welcome to Helen Ni LICSW's landing page for compassionate care and transformative support. As an independently licensed clinical social worker, I want to help you foster positive change and empower you to find holistic well-being.

I earned my Master of Social Work, specializing in Clinical Social Work, from Boston University School of Social Work. Prior to that, I pursued a double major in Psychology and Sociology at the University of California, Los Angeles, achieving a spot on the Dean’s List.

Currently serving as the Clinical Coordinator and Tobacco Education Coordinator at the West End Clinic, Massachusetts General Hospital, my role involves coordinating and triaging patients for dual diagnosis treatment, leading psychotherapy groups, and providing individual long-term psychotherapy. I tailor treatment plans for the individual, drawing on multiple modalities. I know first hand how difficult it is to find a therapist who you click with.

I am deeply committed to creating a safe and collaborative therapeutic space where individuals can explore their unique paths towards healing and growth. Actively involved in Boston’s LGBTQ+ art community, I express my creativity through zines and poetry. My commitment to advocacy extends to Asian immigrants and Asian Americans, where I actively engage in fostering understanding and support for the unique challenges they may face. As a Chinese Canadian-born individual, I resonate with challenges of immigrant families in particular. I participate in initiatives that promote inclusivity and acceptance for the LGBTQ community, recognizing and addressing the specific needs and experiences within this diverse population. Together, we can embark on a journey of your self-discovery, resilience, and positive transformation. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your path to well-being.

I’m glad you’re making the choice
to seek support.
